TR: WA23 platformunun yeni nesil versiyonu olan WA23B, yüksek hacimli üretim ortamları için tasarlanmış kompakt ve ağır hizmet tipi pnömatik bir krimp aletidir. 4.5 tonluk sıkma kuvveti üretir ve önceki modele göre iki kat daha hızlı döngü süreleri sunar. 8 ile 4/0 AWG arasındaki işlenmiş kontaklar, yalıtımsız terminaller ve yalıtımsız eklerin hassas krimp işlemi için idealdir. Standart atölye havası (100-120 psi) ile çalışır ve her seferinde eksiksiz, tekrarlanabilir sonuçlar veren tam döngü kontrol sistemine (full-cycle control) sahiptir. EN: The WA23B is the next-generation evolution of the WA23 platform, engineered for higher throughput in high-volume production environments. This compact, heavy-duty pneumatic indent crimp tool delivers 4.5 tons of crimp force with cycle times twice as fast as the previous model. It reliably crimps machined contacts, uninsulated terminals, and splices from 8 through 4/0 AWG. Operating on standard shop air (100-120 psi), it incorporates a full-cycle control system to ensure complete, repeatable crimps. Fully compatible with DMC’s AS22520/23 and standard PICO 400 series dies and locators, the WA23B is qualified to SAE AS22520 and carries the military part number M22520/23-01.
